Only licensed and certified security officers may apply for jobs. False information will result in immediate removal and potential referral to the state division of licensing.
Officers are expected to show up on time and fulfill any accepted assignments. Excessive no-shows or late cancellations may result in account suspension or termination.
Agencies must have a valid security agency license for their operating state(s). Verification is required before posting jobs.
Agencies must provide accurate job details, including pay rate, location, duration, and expectations. Misrepresentation of job conditions is prohibited.
All communication between officers and agencies must remain respectful, professional, and free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate content.
Officers and agencies may not exchange personal contact information or solicit services outside the platform to bypass GuardLink during the initial engagement period.
Ratings and reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experiences. Manipulating feedback through fake reviews, coercion, or retaliation will not be tolerated.
Do not share, screenshot, or distribute private messages, job details, or user data outside the GuardLink system without explicit consent.
Any attempt to hack, exploit, spam, or misuse the platform will result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.
Warning: Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to appropriate licensing authorities depending on the severity of the offense.
GuardLink reserves the right to investigate and mediate disputes, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and revise policies at any time to maintain platform integrity and user safety.
