GuardLink Rules of Use
- Certification Required: Only licensed and certified security officers may apply for jobs. False information will result in immediate removal and potential referral to the state division of licensing.
- Agency Verification: Agencies must have a valid Florida Security Agency license.
- Professional Conduct: All communication between officers and agencies must remain respectful, professional, and free from harassment or discrimination.
- No Direct Solicitation: Officers and agencies may not exchange personal contact information or solicit services outside the platform to bypass GuardLink.
- Job Accuracy: Agencies must provide accurate job details, including pay rate, location, and expectations. Misrepresentation is prohibited.
- Commitment to Jobs: Officers are expected to show up on time and fulfill any accepted assignments. Excessive no-shows may result in suspension.
- Review System Integrity: Ratings and reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experiences. Manipulating feedback will not be tolerated.
- Privacy Respect: Do not share, screenshot, or distribute private messages, job details, or user data outside the GuardLink system.
- Platform Misuse: Any attempt to hack, exploit, or misuse the platform will result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.
- GuardLink Oversight: GuardLink reserves the right to investigate and mediate disputes, suspend accounts, or revise policies at any time to maintain platform integrity.
